The School and Role
This primary school, based in the Barnard Castle area are looking to appoint a passionate HLTA to work with a reception class on a part time basis.
This is a friendly and welcoming school with a supportive team of staff. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired HLTA will be working in a reception class. This role is short term, but could become long term and potentially permanent depending on the needs of the school.
Position to begin October 24 and be on going with reviews around christmas time, a Level 4/5 HLTA qualification is required for this role, but also potential for ECTs and Teachers who are wanting the flexibility too..
Experience working in EYFS environment would be desirable with primary school experience essential to the role.
Working 2/3 days a week, 8:30am until 3:30pm
Requirements
The desired HLTA will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils within KS1 desirable
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Valid photo ID - Driving Licence/Provisional and Valid Passport
