Quality Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead and manage our Quality team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality and continuous improvement across our site. As a world-renowned designer and manufacturer of bespoke engineering solutions, Quality is paramount to our success.

In this integral role, you will oversee quality standards and manage the accreditation of our current business certifications, including ISO9001, IATF16949, and AS9100.

To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5 years of previous experience in Quality management, preferably in the engineering, aerospace, or automotive industries. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential, as you will need to effectively engage with customers and compose clear and concise reports and documentation. You must also possess expertise in problem-solving using LEAN, 6 Sigma, and other quality techniques to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventative actions. Your initiative, planning, and organisation skills will be crucial to your success, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages. Additionally, you must have demonstrable experience managing successful internal and external ISO audits.

While not essential, having a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field would be advantageous, as well as prior experience managing a team of quality experts. Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements would also be beneficial.

If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in the aerospace or automotive industry, you will be considered for the higher salary.
