We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an amazing school in Norfolk on a full-time, permanent basis. Start ASAP and become part of a supportive team, teaching students aged 11-16. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students stay engaged and productive.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classroom activities for students aged 11-16
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and support students' academic progress
- Provide support to other teaching staff and departments when needed
- Uphold the school's policies and ethos, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere
Requirements:
- Experience in a school environment or a related educational role preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their best
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
