Conveyancing Solicitor

Solicitor Conveyancer Full time, office based

Experienced Solicitor required to manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing from start to finish whilst offering excellent client service.

Salary negotiable upon experience

Responsibilities

Generate quotations to potential clients

Deal with transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, New build, Shared Ownership and Lease Extensions

Deal with exchange and completion

Liaise with external parties including clients and estate agents

Conduct AML checks

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

Good understanding of residential property law, land registry practices, CQS protocol and anti-money laundering procedures

Experience using case management systems
