We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in KS1. This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the classroom, including those with additional needs. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on young learners, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:

• Support KS1 pupils with general classroom activities and one-to-one help
• Provide targeted support for pupils with various needs (including SEND)
• Assist teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies
• Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Help with social and emotional development during unstructured times

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (KS1 experience is a bonus)
• Patient, empathetic, and a team player
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A passion for supporting children with a range of needs
