Are you ready to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their nursing and residential home in Stalybridge. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional clinical care and leading a team to deliver unparalleled empathy for resident issues.
This role offers an annual salary of £53,000+ working 44 hours per week over 4 days. You'll have the chance to lead on the floor and the role also includes allocated supernumerary hours, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling work experience.

  • Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Managers absence.
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic and high-quality care.
  • Leading on the floor and managing supernumerary hours.
