The Role:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Assessment Centre, ensuring a safe and homely environment.
  • Support parents in reaching their full potential to care for their children.
  • Safeguard families through effective assessment, planning, and reviews.
  • Lead, guide, and support the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, upholding the highest standards of care and ethical practice.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or a commitment to completing this qualification).
  • A minimum of two years' experience in social care.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
  • Flexibility and a commitment to going the extra mile.
