This provision caters to pupils aged 11 to 16 years old who face challenges in mainstream education due to a variety of complex needs. They are seeking a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their team and make a lasting difference in the lives of their students.

About the SEN Teacher Role:

  • As an SEN Teacher, you'll teach small classes of no more than 5 pupils, providing personalised support tailored to their unique needs.
  • Pupils are aged 11 to 16 and may present with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.
  • You'll teach various subjects, creating engaging lessons that inspire confidence and growth in your students.
  • Work closely with the existing team to build a positive, inclusive environment where all pupils feel safe and supported.
  • Full-time role (Monday to Friday) as a SEN Teacher with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
