Business Support Coordinator Are you an experienced office administrator with strong organisational skills and a methodical approach? Can you commute to Stamford on a daily basis? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. I am supporting an established business in their search for a friendly and capable person to provide cover and general support to their wider team and ensure the smooth operation of the department. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, well organised, efficient and detail orientated. This person will be friendly and approachable with a positive, "can do" attitude and will have the ability to manage their workload independently. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules to ensure all team members and resources are monitored and co-ordinated
  • Travel co-ordination: flights, visa applications, visitor trips, restaurant, taxi and hotel reservations. #
  • Managing the expenses process.
  • Support urgent evening/weekend calls/travel arrangements. This is not frequent but occasionally last-minute travel changes occur which must be supported.
  • Working with logistics team to ensure the right equipment is delivered on time.
  • Update internal administration systems.
  • Support the invoicing process.
  • Tracking and monitoring compliance for training, calibration of equipment, licences etc
  • General administrative tasks as required, including cover for other Business Support and Reception roles.

This role will be based on-site 5 days a week and will require a driving license and the flexibility to occasionally support out of hours when necessary. Please get in touch for more information or APPLY NOW!
