Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford who are looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team. With over 23 years' experience our client has an extensive list of companies they have worked with including retail leading blue chip companies. The predominant focus will be working within the industrial and commercial sector whilst using Revit software. The client is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 as well as an excellent package including a progression plan, support programme, healthcare, over 30 days annual leave, gym access and access to a discount code platform.

Project Architect Overview
  • Oversee and manage projects independently, with a focus on multi million industrial schemes
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Work on all RIBA stages
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
Project Architect Requirements
  • ARB registered
  • Proven experience using Revit
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Understanding of steel frames and cladding systems is preferable
  • Good design skills
  • Progressive individual wanting to advance their career
  • Highly motivated with a great work ethic
  • Commutable distance to Stamford
