Are you an architectural technician with experience in industrial building design?

Do you want to join a growing architectural firm and develop your design expertise working on a range of commercial projects?

On offer is an opportunity to be a part of an architectural firm who have been supplying design and management services to the food manufacturing industry for over 25 years.

This company works with a range of clients in the industry including blue-chip companies across the UK such as Bakkavor, Greggs and Oscar Mayer.

In this varied role, you will be involved in large industrial projects and provide a complete design service from project conception to completion. Your role will include working on a range of design projects such as new build factories and the refurbishment of existing industrial buildings . You will also liaise directly with clients and create technical drawings and designs that meet building codes regulations.

The Role:

* Create technical drawings and models

* Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations including Part B, Part K, Part M

* Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and other departments

* Knowledge of industrial building types - steel frames, cladding

* AutoCAD and Revit

* Experience submitting planning applications and dealing with the building control process

The Person:

* Architectural technician with experience in CDM or BSA principle design

* Full UK Driving license

* Commutable to Stamford
