We are looking for a motivated Engineering Project Manager to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring site projects are completed. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong project engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Managing new product development (NPD&I) following review process and enhancing this process over time - 1 to 2 live projects at any one time.
- Running and developing an enhanced UK product change request process. This would involve managing 5 to 10 mini projects simultaneously and coordinating the frontend review process, approval cycle and business prioritisation.
- Coordinating specific / special engineered to order customer enquiries from order receipt through to customer delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Electrical Bakcground
- Prince 2 / APM
- Engineering Qualifications
- A knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Been in a Project Manager role for 3_ years
