  • Enter Customer Purchase Orders, raise Commercial Invoices, and prepare Shipping Documents with precision.
  • Update and maintain customer data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customer accounts to provide world-class service.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring deadlines are met, products are delivered as specified, and on time.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly identifying and addressing customer's needs.
  • Oversee customer orders from receipt through commissioning, ensuring seamless processing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, providing quick responses to questions, change requests, invoicing, warranty, and service concerns.
