Are you an Architectural Technician or similar, looking to become an integral part of a tight-knit company, working across a range of steel frame and cladding projects with a company offering a multitude of company benefits, including health insurance and a company pension?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an architectural firm who have been supplying design and management services to the food manufacturing industry. You will be involved in large industrial projects that will influence how modern manufacturing facilities are built and give you the opportunity to specialise your skillset.
In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including, creating technical drawings and designs that meet building codes regulations. Your role will include working on a range of steel frame and composite cladding projects and consulting on large and small projects. You will also liaise with clients as well as other departments.
This role will suit an Architectural Technician looking to work on steel and composite cladding projects. Included in the role are, progression opportunities, hybrid working (after probation), a healthcare scheme, gym membership, company pension and other company benefits.
THE ROLE:
* Create technical drawings and models
* Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
* Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and other departments
THE PERSON:
* Architectural Technician or similar
* Full UK Driving license
* Commutable to Stamford
