Our client near Stamford is seeking competent electrical technicians for immediate long-term roles due to a full order book.
Responsibilities include panel wiring, electrical sub-assembly, and working from electrical schematics and drawings.
Candidates must have experience in a similar role and demonstrate attention to detail, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
The position offers a starting salary of £12.71 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience, with additional quarterly bonuses and overtime pay.
The role requires 38 hours of work per week, with specific hours from Monday to Friday and 36 days of holiday per annum.

Job Role

Due to a full order book our client based near Stamford, currently has immediate long term roles for competent electrical individuals to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Panel wiring
Electrical sub-assembly
Work from electrical schematics, drawings & schedules
Ensuring products are completed in line with delivery schedule

Requirements for the role:

Experience in a similar role
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
Able to follow clear and precise procedures/instructions
Good communication and team skills

Hours and pay:

38 hours per week
Working Hours Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30pm 30 mins lunch. Friday 7:30am to 11:30am
Starting salary of £12.71 to £14.00 DOE
Quarterly bonus worth up to £2.00 per hour
Overtime @ 1.33 for the first 4 hrs @ 1.5 after.
36 days holiday per annum
