We're looking for a qualified accountant to join our team as a business services manager to support the provision of services and advice to a portfolio of clients.
Joining our clients team as business services manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients,taking overall responsibility for the management and building of those relationship.
You will ensure that your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives while maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
Skills & Experience:
- Have good communication skills, enabling you to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
- Have interpersonal and people management skills
- Have project management skills and familiarity with accounting software
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified or with a minimum of five years experience
