Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory Assistant Manager Lincolnshire Hybrid Salary £40,000 - £50,000
Butler Rose is excited to represent a well-established, top 50 accountancy firm in Lincolnshire seeking a Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory Assistant Manager.
Role Responsibilities* Manage the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work for clients in a range of industries including high street brands. * Involvement in UK tax due diligence engagements. * Opportunity to get involved in UK and International corporate tax advisory projects with training provided. * Being one of the main points of contact for directors, managers, and clients on a portfolio of corporate tax compliance jobs. * Ensuring all parties are kept up to date as work progresses. * Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. * Help develop other team members in corporate tax compliance work. Personal Requirements* Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA. * Alternatively, qualified by experience. * Strong Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory experience. * Experience managing trainee team members preferred. * Ability to problem solve. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal. * A positive attitude to change and a desire to be the best you can be at your role.
