Location: Remote (UK-based) With the expectancy to visit the Lincolnshire office at a maximum of once per month if needed.

About The Company:

My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm offering comprehensive financial services to clients across the UK.

The company is backed by one of the UK’s largest Wealth Management organisations, offering expert advice across financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning.

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to directly support a Financial Adviser and their client base.

This predominately a remote-based role with the occasional expectancy to visit to Lincolnshire office (No more than once a month).

Only UK-based candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in managing client portfolios and financial plans.
  • Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare client reports, financial statements, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of new business submissions and ensure the timely processing of applications.
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and other service providers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle administrative queries and always ensure a high standard of client service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an IFA administration or similar financial services role is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software (knowledge of platforms like Intelliflo, XPlan, or similar would be a bonus).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
