What will I be doing?
- Acting as the principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients representing prominent Estates
- Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
- Handling diversification projects
- Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
- Managing and leading a high-performing team
- Maintaining strong relationships with both private Estates and corporate clients
- Identifying and delivering income growth opportunities
- Mentoring team members and providing career development opportunities
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities with other teams throughout the UK
What do I need?
- We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- MRICS qualified rural surveyor (FAAV an advantage) with diverse project experience
- Strong track record in rural asset and estate management
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Proven leadership potential, capable of building relationships with clients and generating new opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management and prioritisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence and composure in client and team interactions
- Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
- Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to network, influence, and negotiate effectively
