What will I be doing?

  • Acting as the principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients representing prominent Estates
  • Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
  • Handling diversification projects
  • Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Managing and leading a high-performing team
  • Maintaining strong relationships with both private Estates and corporate clients
  • Identifying and delivering income growth opportunities
  • Mentoring team members and providing career development opportunities
  • Maximising cross-selling opportunities with other teams throughout the UK

What do I need?

  • We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
  • MRICS qualified rural surveyor (FAAV an advantage) with diverse project experience
  • Strong track record in rural asset and estate management
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Proven leadership potential, capable of building relationships with clients and generating new opportunities
  • Ability to work under pressure with good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence and composure in client and team interactions
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
  • Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to network, influence, and negotiate effectively
