Role Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax affairs are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations
- Offer specialist tax advice in areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains, trusts, allowances, and personal tax planning
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive advice and building strong professional relationships
- Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, conducting reviews, offering guidance, and supporting their career progression
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a well-rounded service to clients
- Support business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new services and assisting with the growth of the tax division
- Stay up to date with UK tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualification, with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws, with a focus on private client taxation
- Experience in managing client portfolios and delivering tailored tax solutions
- A proven track record in mentoring and developing tax professionals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects
- Commercial awareness, with an interest in business development and growing client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and tax/accounting software
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
