**Position**: Health Care Assistant

**Salary**: £11.44 - £13

**Shifts**: Day and Night shifts are available!

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes as necessary.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a comparable role.
- A positive demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to empathize with patients.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control procedures, safeguarding protocols, risk assessments, and report writing.
- A valid Manual Handling & Care certificate is preferred.
- A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience and/or a recognized social care qualification.
