Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity?
Aspire People are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to undertake supply and long term vacancies. This can be part time or full time and you will be expected to complete typical TA duties.
You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
* Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
* Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Supervising students during break times and lunch.
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
