My client is a small but well established IT Managed Services Provider with a HQ in London and regional Service DEsk in Lincolnshire. Due to ongoing success and growth they are in need of a proven 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst.

As 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst you will have a solid IT Services background, be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows, Server, O365, Intune, Azure, Entra, iOS, DNS, DHCP. Alongside the technical skills it is essential that the 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst is a outstanding communicator and someone that is driven by outstanding customer service.
