We are proud to be partnering with a well-established legal firm seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a 2nd/3rd Line Support role, with Stamford as your home base and travel to offices across Lincolnshire.
The Role:As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple offices. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and supporting various IT projects. This is a dynamic role offering a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to users across multiple office locations
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Supporting infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Managing IT security, backups, and system updates
- Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts
- Travelling to sites across Lincolnshire to provide on-site support
- Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based systems
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude
