They are market leaders in designing and manufacturing special purpose machinery, they have long lasting agreements with some of the biggest companies all over the world. With a very bright future they are looking for Electrical Mechanical fitters to join there ever growing team.
what the role will involve:
on a day to day, you will be working on container build, this will include working in a small team to build the container from the ground up. You will be working from engineering drawings and this role will be an electro-mechanical role, with an electrical bias.
Electrically:
- Cable running and pulling.
- Terminating, glanding and wiring in cables. These can be heavy, armoured cables – which can be the thickness of your arm.
- Installing electrical connectors, and components, such as resistors, breakers etc.
- Wiring control panels and wiring them in to the machine.
- Installing various ancillary systems such as lighting, fire alarms, HVAC controllers etc.
Mechanically:
- Framework.
- Copper busbars (heating elements).
- Cooling systems and HVAC
