Junior Operations Manager


This role offers the opportunity to work on various expansion projects within a manufacturing environment, with the potential to progress into more senior positions. It is ideal for a Manufacturing Engineer looking to step into Operations and Project Management.


Based out of a growing manufacturing facility you will oversee automation projects, as well as improving quality and safety processes. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Operations Manager, who will provide mentorship across a range of operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement improvements in quality and safety processes.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager on a variety of operational initiatives.
  • Support the expansion of the facility, which is set to double in size within the next year.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • A strong understanding of project management and LEAN principles.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and progress within a fast-paced engineering environment.
