Job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, with experience in using both hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. As a Plasterer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that surfaces are finished to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
  • Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and priming as necessary.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and bricklayers, to complete projects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform repairs on existing plasterwork as needed.
  • Assist with other construction tasks as required, including roofing work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
