  • Reporting to the Installation Manager for weekly schedules.
  • Travelling across the UK to install electronic systems (occasional overnight stays required).
  • Training customers on how to use specialist software.
  • Responding to customer requests by phone or on-site as needed.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and demonstrations at trade events.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Technical Know-How: Experience in running and managing network cables, basic DIY skills (e.g., drilling, jigsaw usage), and knowledge of cable management and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Clean Driving Licence: Essential for travelling across the UK.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and professional, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and Dependable: Flexible, self-motivated, and ready to rise to challenges with a sense of humour!
