We are currently recruiting fora Manufacturing Supervisor for ourclient in Peterborough. Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm. In this role, you will supervise the weld and assembly teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality production and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring team members work efficiently and effectively to achieve quality and safety standards. (ISO09001)
- Ensure all relevant equipment are calibrated at required dates with all records updated.
- Train team members, encourage high standards, and foster teamwork.
- Work with the team and other departments to achieve targets .
- Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
- Conduct cross-training to cover essential areas like paint and dispatch.
Qualifications:
- Team leading or Supervisory experience in a warehouse/factory.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and health and safety standards.
- Hands on experience.
Pay Rate:
- £14.96 - £17.09per hour (Depending on experience)
