Daytime Healthcare are working with an established Aesthetic Saloon who are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager in Stamford to join their team!

*Senior Aesthetic Therapists considered*

As an Aesthetic Clinic Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the smooth operation of the clinic.
Must have sales experience
Should be able to do some treatments including Facials, Massage and Brazilian Wax
Lead, develop and manage the clinic and a team.
Mentor, train, supervise and motivate team members.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

There will be a growth development plan and also regular commission on offer!
