We are looking for Apprentices to join our Finance Department team in the London Gateway, Stanford Le Hope, Essex.

Salary Details:

  • Aged 16 to 18: £18,000 per annum, rising to £21,000 when you turn 19 or upon completing the programme, whichever comes first.
  • Aged 19 or over in their first year:£21,000 per annum, increasing to £24,000 at age 21 or upon completing the programme and being offered a permanent position, whichever comes first.
  • Aged 19 or over and have completed their first year:£24,000 per annum.

As a Finance Department Apprentice, you will:

  • Assist in the processing of supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Manage bank feeds
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare customer statements
  • Engage in credit control
  • Handle customer/supplier contras
  • Undertake general administrative duties and ad-hoc finance tasks
  • Monitor email inboxes

Training:

We will connect you with our Training Provider, who will guide you in completing your AAT in Finance through an AAT Apprenticeship Standard, laying a strong foundation for your future career in finance.

Working hours: 08.30-17.30
