Role Essentials:
- Safely operate LGV 1 containers, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules to ensure timely operations
- Maintain accurate transport documentation
- Perform vehicle checks to uphold safety and maintenance standards
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes
Skills & Experience:
- Valid LGV 1 (C+E) licence
- Prior experience in container transportation is highly desirable
- Digital tachograph card and a full understanding of tachograph legislation
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- CPC qualification is essential
