Are you an experienced Head Chef with a passion for innovative cuisine, particularly raw food? We're looking for a talented Chef to lead the catering team at a prestigious Venue near Basildon. This is an exciting opportunity to create well-balanced menus, inspire your team, and contribute to a unique experience.
As our Head Chef near Basildon, you'll be instrumental in designing and managing and award winning raw food-focused catering service. You'll craft delicious and nutritious menus, lead and develop your culinary team, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and service. Your key responsibilities as Head Chef will include:
- Developing well-balanced menus with a focus on nutrition and quality.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the catering team.
- Ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Implementing and maintaining food safety regulations.
- Managing catering procurement and stock control.
- Researching and maintaining catering equipment.
- Leading by example in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
