Customer Service Coordinator - Job Description

  • Enter bookings into the system and manage the process from start to finish.
  • Ensure bookings are accurately planned and executed, promptly addressing any issues with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
  • Provide timely feedback and issue resolution to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to customers to ensure service standards are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to bookings and operational support.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes for customer requests.

Customer Service Coordinator - Job Requirements

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in logistics, container operations, and customer service is desirable.
  • Proficient in general administrative tasks and comfortable working with booking systems (training provided).
