Our client is leading leisure trust, that operates Leisure Centres in Essex. They are currently looking to expand their team/s and are looking to recruit Swim Co-ordinators into their operation. The position is part time 20 hours per week.

These new roles will focus on co-ordinating a high quality i-Swim programme, and ensuring delivery of a professional, welcoming and inclusive swim lesson environment at the site. Swim Co-ordinators will provide day to day supervision of the Swim Instructors, and act as a facilitator and advocate to help raise the profile, importance and benefits of learning to swim.

You along with the Centre Management Team, will be responsible for organising staff rotas and scheduling of lessons to meet programme requirements and customer needs. You will ensure high standards of lesson delivery, cover classes as required, as well as proactive and committed to customer experience whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all swimmers.

The successful candidates must hold a nationally recognised qualification for swim instruction, i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA or equivalent.
