What’s the Role?As a Road Freight Operator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end movement of goods across Europe. Based in a modern office complex alongside a dynamic team, you’ll coordinate freight logistics, maintain exceptional customer relationships, and ensure every shipment arrives on time and within budget.

You’ll join a collaborative team of 15 within a bustling office of 47 staff members, thriving in an environment that values precision, efficiency, and a solutions-driven approach to international freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate freight transport across Europe, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and international partners to streamline operations.
  • Manage costing calculations (including taxable kilos) and navigate customs paperwork.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations.
