Reports Administrator

Your new roleStanford Le HopeMonday-Friday 08:30-17:30 office based £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience Working as a Reports/Finance administrator, you'll be responsible for downloading reports from the job management system, Tacho recording system and driver efficiency system. These reports will then be added to an Excel file which calculates hours worked, job elements and driving efficiency bonus. You will then be responsible for issuing payslips, dealing with any adjustments, posting a payroll journal to Sage 50 accounts, reconciling payroll nominal accounts, pension calculations and submissions. What you'll need to succeed

• Experience dealing with Tacho recording systems.
• Advanced at using Excel
• Must be a driver due to location.
