Contract Packers - Loughborough

Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated Contract Packers at their Loughborough location.

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM
30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:
12.26 per hour
Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment

Experience:
Previous experience in a fast-paced packing environment is desirable, but not essential.
No formal qualifications required.

Skills:
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Capability to manage staff and meet both individual and departmental targets
Willingness to assist the Contract Packing Supervisor when required

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
Store products and packaging safely and efficiently within the designated area.
Maintain continuous cooperation with staff to optimize performance and foster a positive working atmosphere.
Monitor the quality of packed products and ensure consistent output. Collaborate with colleagues if assistance is needed to maintain quality and productivity.
Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and company's policies
Perform any other duties as required to support the company's growth and success.
