Salary:22,500 - 25,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00)
Overtime:Available, including weekends (flexibility required)

The Role:As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, working alongside a friendly and dedicated factory team. You will be trained on all necessary processes, including operating cutting machines and ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Machine Setup & Operation:Preparing and operating machines before and after production runs.
- Quality Control:Ensuring products match technical drawings and meet specified standards.
- Team Collaboration:Supporting fellow team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
- Attention to Detail:Prioritising quality and ensuring the best possible finish for all products.
- Attention to Detail:You will need to work to a high standard with a focus on precision.
- Organised and Motivated:You should be able to manage your tasks efficiently and show a willingness to learn.
- Experience:While prior experience is not essential, we welcome candidates who are committed to learning and developing their skills.
- Forklift License (Desirable):A forklift license is a plus but not essential.
