Factory Operatives are required to join a global company based in Corby. A permanent position joining a fast-growing business. A modern facility with a friendly atmosphere, you will be joining a supporting working environment.
As a Factory Operative you will be -
- Packaging products from each machine as they become ready
- Boxing and palletising stock and loading them onto pallets
- Inspecting the products to ensure the best quality
- Securing pallets with shrink wrap ready for dispatch
Ideally for this role you will need to be -
- Able to lift and pack products (mainly buckets/containers)
- Available to work all 3 shift patterns (rotating days, afternoons and nights)
- Able to commute to the factory site based in NN17
Working Monday - Friday with a shift pattern of -
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
You must be flexible to work all of these shifts on a rotating pattern.
This Factory Operative role will be paying 11.54ph/h on days and afternoon shifts and 13.27p/h on nights.
