Driving Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nights Operations Co-Ordinator to join the Logistics People team in the Corby.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET 

Working Hours: Nights - 4 On 4 Off 19:00 - 07:00

Pay Rate: £30,100 P/a

As a Driving Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Update all workers' schedules in the rota, including new and current workers.
• Manage workers' shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime.
• Communicate daily with workers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Record and maintain all worker records, including legal compliance, disciplinary actions, and driver infringements.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
