Role responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services for corporate and personal clients
- Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients and advising on complex tax planning and structuring
- Managing tax risk, identifying planning opportunities, and supporting clients through business lifecycle events
- Supporting the growth of the firm’s tax offering through networking, referrals, and business development
- Providing technical support and mentoring to the wider tax team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure clients receive a fully integrated service

Candidate requirements
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with significant post-qualification experience in tax
- Proven track record in providing high-level tax advisory services to owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Commercially aware, with the ability to contribute to strategic growth and develop client relationships
- Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
