Mtrec recruitment are proudly representing our specialist manufacturing client in their search for a talented and experienced sales and operations manager. The role will involve travelling to clients where necessary, providing estimates, costings, and tailored solutions to a wide variety of business. The Job you will do:

  • The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and seeking new clients
  • Pricing / preparing jobs and submitting tenders and framework agreements.
  • You will travel to client sites and produce site surveys and presentations to win new business.
  • Submitting tenders and framework agreements
  • Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams

About you:

  • Previous experience in signage sales/management is essential
  • Flexibility for national travel is required
  • Previous experience in submitting tenders and framework agreements is required
  • Analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational deliverables and processes.
  • Good mechanical aptitude with strong IT and technical skills.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams implementing best practices throughout the business.
