The company is seeking a Mechanically biased Maintenance Technician for a permanent position in their engineering sector.
Candidates should possess a strong mechanical maintenance background and ideally have experience in a metal forming production environment.
The role involves working with PPM schedules, handling machinery breakdowns, and ensuring smooth production operations.
The salary for this position is competitive, with additional benefits including a profit-related bonus scheme and 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Applicants are preferred to have time-served experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician and basic electrical knowledge, with PUWER awareness being desirable.

The Role

Involved with PPM schedules.
Machinery breakdowns.
Plant installations.
Hydraulics & pneumatics.
Ensuring production runs smoothly.
Working with Computerised Maintenance Management Software (PPM)

The Person

Time served Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
Metal forming Production Environment- desirable.
PUWER awareness- desirable.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Software (PPM) - desirable.
