Flair Group are currently working with an industry recognised building maintenance contractor based in Brighton. Our client requires an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Help Desk Co-ordinator to join their established team.
Purpose of the Job:
As a Customer Service Advisor / Help Desk Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to clients, this includes managing phone calls and emails as well as maintaining databases and providing administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure consistent service.
- Maintain comprehensive records of activity.
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate.
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
- To ensure the operation of the out-of-hours telephone answering service ensuring messages are relayed and actioned in a timely manner.
- To uphold and promote the good name of our client at all times.
