We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the PA to the Principal until Christmas, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for someone with experience in minute-taking at board level meetings and who is available to start immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the PA to the Principal in daily administrative tasks.
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes during board level meetings.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare documents and reports as required.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, particularly in minute-taking at board level.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
