Job Description: Van Sales Executive
Location: Stanmore, London
Salary: £27,000-£32,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE)
Hours of Work:
- Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
- Alternate weekends (reduced hours)
Work Environment: Fully on-site

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer leads promptly and professionally.
- Booking in visits and conducting vehicle presentations to potential buyers.
- Closing deals and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Following up with leads and potential buyers to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Actively seeking and generating Google reviews to enhance the company's online presence.
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Ramping up sales activity to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilising SAP systems for efficient sales tracking and management.
- Advising customers on finance and additional services, such as insurance and accessories.
- Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- A loyal, high-integrity professional who values confidentiality.
- A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, be resilient and optimistic, and have strong salesmanship skills.
