ABOUT THE FIRM
Our clients, a forward thinking law firm based in Stanmore are now urgently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team. They have a diverse client base and range of interesting matters. Together with their strong processes, they have invested in using technology to deliver solutions to clients. Being fair-minded, flexible and focused, they want their staff to have similar core values.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be confident to deliver for their established clients. You will be sufficiently organised to manage a varied caseload on your own, however confident enough to seek guidance as and when needed.

You will have experience in either or all the following:

Property Litigation

Repossession

Debt recovery

Breach of Contract

You will meet a financial target equivalent to four hours paid work at your hourly rate a day.

You will know the importance of deadlines, and how to prioritise your workload to make sure that these can be met more calmly and without avoidable pressures.


You will be comfortable, with guidance, to analyse and progress matters in a variety of disputes in different legal areas: debt recovery, contract, insolvency, landlord & tenant and employment law.

LEVEL OF PQE You will have a minimum of 2-4 yrs pqe and be comfortable and confident with verbal and written communication. You will enjoy attending the workplace to develop relationships with colleagues and clients. There may be an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis further down the line. You will know the importance of meeting deadlines and how to prioritise your workload to make sure that these can be met more calmly and without avoidable pressures.

Salary between: £40-50,000per annum doe/ Benefits Package

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
PQE 2-4yrs; preferably with some knowledge in Civil/Commercial Litigation to include; Property Litigation, Debt Recovery, Disputes, Insolvency, Repossession and Brech of Contract.
