Money on offer: Hourly rate - £11.75 per hour plus holiday pay

An opportunity has arisen for an NHS organisation in their recruitment of a Billings Clerk on a temporary contract, which could lead to permanent. As the Billings Clerk, you will be working as part of the billing team and responsible for all billing activities.Key responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:

* Focus on producing invoices/billing activities promptly and within targets set by the Project Revenue Manager* Deliver excellent customer service at all times* To assist in the reduction of all unbilled revenue* Ensure all customer queries are resolved within agreed time frames* Other general administrative duties when needed* Liaise with internal and external customers as required* Develop effective communication links with stakeholdersAbout you as the Billing Clerk:

* Ability to work in a constantly changing & process challenging environment* Deliver to strict & tight guidelines* Ability to manage a high-level workload* Excellent IT skills including Word/excel* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines* Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes & procedures* Good organisational skills.
