Our energy saving established client based in the Shropshire countryside on the outskirts of Bridgnorth is looking for a Glass Production Operative to join their successful and hardworking team.
You will be unpackaging food products, from the outer packaging in a timely and efficient manner, you will also be allocating glass and plastics whilst lifting and moving all the deliveries that come into the work area, then the FLT will assist with the heavier items when required.
In this role you will be reporting to the operations manager, and carrying out all production tasks which are required, this is a faced paced demanding environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Happy to work in a farm environment
- Local to Bridgnorth/Need a car
- FLT Licence (Not Essential as full training given)
- Able to work in a demanding fast paced environment
- Hardworking
- Great organisational skills
- Punctual
- Self-Motivation/Development Skills
Hours
40 Hours per week
Rotating 7-3pm/12-8pm
Salary
11.51 per hour
Additional Benefits
- Yearly bonus
- Overtime at 17.26 per hour after over 40hrs worked
- Additional holidays accrued yearly from 28 days a year to 33
